Improve your physical fitness, strength and resilience,  build confidence, and grow mentally and emotionally. Yoga class access is free with this membership, also held in our wellbeing studio hub to complement your BJJ training, physical health, stress and recovery.

We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of every student. Our experienced instructors provide personalised attention and guidance to help students achieve their goals and reach their full potential. This option includes limited access to two Rogue Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes per week.
