These terms govern your access to and use of roguebjjstudios.com.au, operated by Rogue Jujitsu Pty Ltd. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They apply to everyone — prospective members, current members and visitors — and they operate alongside, without replacing, our Participation Waiver, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy and Membership Terms.

1. About this website

The site provides information about our training, the timetable, memberships and related content, and gives you forms to send us an enquiry.

It is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian involved.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time.

2. Content and copyright

Everything on this site — text, images, photographs, video, graphics, logos, class descriptions, training material, and the design and layout of the pages — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Australian copyright law.

You are welcome to read it and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our written consent, please do not:

• reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, post or transmit any of it;
• modify, adapt, translate or make derivative works from it;
• use any of it commercially; or
• remove or alter any copyright or trade mark notice.

“Rogue Jujitsu”, our name and our logo are our trade marks. Nothing here gives you a right to use them.

If you send us something through the site, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — answering your enquiry, and nothing else.

3. Contact forms

Submissions from the forms on this site are transmitted through our website infrastructure and delivered to our email. By sending one, you agree to us using your details to answer you, in line with our privacy policy.

We aim to reply within two business days, though we do not guarantee it.

Sending a form is not a membership application, not a binding agreement, and not a booking. Nothing is reserved until we have spoken.

4. Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but it is general information. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

Timetables, prices and programs can change without notice. If something matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.

Nothing here is medical, fitness or health advice. Get independent professional advice before starting any physical training program — including ours.
