Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, building confidence through self-defence, or refining years of practice, Rogue offers a clear and considered path forward. We are a non-competition club and we welcome all levels.
Small groups mean individual attention, direct feedback and space to ask questions. We train Gi and No-Gi, shaped around your needs and your health goals.

When we train
Weekly timetable
Thirteen classes a week — eleven adult, one Kids and one Youth. Every class is capped at twelve people, including anyone training a free first week, so please register before you come.

These eight sessions are your free first week. Mike teaches every one of them, so you meet the head coach each time you train. See the eight sessions, or register for your week. Already grapple and want to get onto the rest of the timetable while you are here? Mention it when you register and Mike will sort it out with you.
Yoga runs on a separate schedule. The Yoga in the Rogue BJJ + Yoga membership does not appear on this timetable. Contact us for the current yoga times.
